We will learn practical tools to recognize stress triggers, regulate their nervous system in real time, and build sustainable habits that support both productivity and well-being, from simple breathing techniques and mindset reframing to time-management strategies that actually work.    Our goal is for participants to walk away with skills that can be used immediately.
